Language & Law: The arbitration proceedings will be conducted in English, and the substantive law of the State of Wyoming will govern the merits of the Dispute.
No Class Actions: You and GJMR each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Other rights available in court—including discovery, appeals, and injunctions—may be limited in arbitration. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrators may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

Visiting the Blog, sending us emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications with Get Joe Money Right (“GJMR”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
