  • Seat & Venue: The arbitration will be held in Wyoming, at a location mutually agreed upon or, if none, in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
  • Number of Arbitrators: Three (3) arbitrators, each selected in accordance with the AAA Rules.
  • Language & Law: The arbitration proceedings will be conducted in English, and the substantive law of the State of Wyoming will govern the merits of the Dispute.
  • No Class Actions: You and GJMR each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Other rights available in court—including discovery, appeals, and injunctions—may be limited in arbitration. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrators may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

Visiting the Blog, sending us emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications with Get Joe Money Right (“GJMR”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By providing your email address and using the Blog, you consent to receive electronic communications from GJMR, including newsletters, marketing emails, transactional notices, updates, and other communications. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide electronically (via email or the Blog) satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Construction & Interpretation: These Terms will not be construed against GJMR merely because GJMR drafted them.
